Recent update breaks app

I bought this app two years ago and paid for the ad-free version. After this recent update, the ads are back and the timer will only count down 60 second intervals despite it being set to 30 or 45 seconds. Ive tried restoring purchases and reinstalling the app, but it is still not working and is covered up in ads. The app support link does not work.
