Im new to kettlebells and the videos are easy to follow. Love that it gives breaks and you can choose differently timed workouts.
This little app is perfect. It goes slow enough for beginners giving complete instructions repeatedly to ensure proper form and for a small enough amount of time that beginners feel its manageable. I cant wait to unlock the other levels. It is ABSOLUTELY perfect for me! Thank you.
Paid for extra content and ads and vungle ads still show??
Still getting ads after upgrade and the sound on the workouts cuts in and out
For 4.99 plus in app purchase there should be ZERO adds. Every time I hit the back arrow I have to see an add. Ridiculous. Way better fitness apps for a lot less $ out there.

I use this app during my lunch break 3 times a week. Awesome!
1. voice on app is annoying and patronizing. 2. provides general written instructions which isnt sufficient because kettlebells are dangerous if exercises not done properly with strict form. 3. exercises and voice over not properly synced.
This workout is great for those days when you dont want to think about your workout. Just open the app and let it do the thinking. If you do it correct you will be standing in a puddle of sweat after you run through it 4 or 5 times.

I had not been working out with any weights for about a year. When I did, I used to use a bench, free weights, etc. I wanted something that took up less room and required less weights. This app, along with the kettle bells I use, give me better results and in less time...ie. HIIT training style. You will love this app and all the possible skill levels involved. It has helped change my life for the better. Thanks.
