Great short workout

This workout program is perfect for people who dont have much time to get a workout in, or for people like me who dont like to workout. I love how I feel after just doing this fast 5 minute routine!!

Very good and like the videos that go with it. If your not sure about an exercise you can watch the video and that you can down load the videos onto your device.

Great app for beginner. My only suggestion is to have the model do the movements with you at the beginning of each exercise...at least on the beginner level. Its hard to remember what each move is.

I do these workouts during my lunch break; 11 minutes and Im done. Make sure to engage your abs when doing these exercises

Fantastic workout and its free!

This is a great workout. Not only can purchase more advanced exercises if needed, which I havent, but it allows you to decide how long of a workout you want to do. And there are videos to demonstrate proper form. Fantastic app.

I really like the variety of exercises and the longer workout options so I can increase the intensity and length do my workout. I feel like all parts of my body are getting stronger especially my core.

No sound. Have to manually advance videos otherwise the same video plays over and over. Waste of time.

Solid Strength Trainer for KB Newbies

Im new to Kettlebells and found this - great workout, quick and challenging but not impossible. Once I get more into it I might get the paid app to get the intermediate and advanced exercises. It paces you thru the exercises (30 seconds with 30 second rest) - that was super important to me. Good free app.

I did not understand how the app work first, First go to video and download all the videos, then go to work out, dong this will ensure the videos auto play when doing the workout ... Great for beginners !
